Konto löschen.

Für die App Fabra. In der App löschst du es selbst. Ohne App reicht eine Mail.

In der App.

Einstellungen → dein Profil („Konto und Sicherung“) → Konto löschen

Fabra fragt noch einmal nach. Mit dem Haken „Lokale Apps behalten“, der gesetzt ist, bleiben deine Apps auf diesem Telefon; ohne ihn werden sie mit gelöscht. Danach bestätigst du, dass du es bist, in der Regel mit deinem Passwort. Was zu deinem Konto am Server liegt, wird dann endgültig gelöscht, bis auf das, was unter „Was bleibt“ steht. Zurückholen lässt sich nichts.

Gast-Konto

Ein Gast-Konto hat keine E-Mail-Adresse, wir können es von außen nicht zuordnen. Du löschst es in der App: „Abmelden“ → „Abmelden und löschen“.

Ohne App.

Die App nicht mehr installiert? Schreib von der Adresse deines Kontos an support@app-fabra.de, Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen es genauso wie in der App und sagen dir Bescheid, wenn es erledigt ist.

Du stehst nur auf der Warteliste? Der Link „Sofort austragen“ in jeder Mail löscht deine Adresse sofort.

Was gelöscht wird.

dein Konto und deine Anmelde-Sitzungen
deine Backups, dein Cloud-Speicher und dein Profilbild
die geteilten Apps, die dir gehören, samt Symbolen und Dateien; sie verschwinden auch bei den anderen Mitgliedern
deine Mitgliedschaften in anderen geteilten Apps samt deiner persönlichen Daten darin
Verbrauchszahlen, Käufe von Punkte-Paketen, Feedback, Meldungen und Wünsche, deine Blockierungen, Aktivitätstage und Hinweise an dich
deine Antwort auf die Herkunftsfrage („Wie bist du auf Fabra gestoßen?“), Löschmarken, Anmeldecodes für Web-Apps und die Ordnung deines Startbildschirms

Was bleibt.

Technische Aufzeichnungen zu KI-Anfragen: ohne Bezug zu deinem Konto, bis zum Ende ihrer 12 Monate.
Der Geräte-Hash: ohne Verknüpfung zu deinem Konto, damit das Startguthaben je Gerät nur einmal ausgegeben wird.
Einträge über Planwechsel: ohne Bezug zu deinem Konto.
Was du in anderen geteilten Apps in die gemeinsamen Daten, den gemeinsamen Chat oder ihren Cloud-Speicher gelegt hast, bleibt Teil dieser Apps.
Hat jemand eine Nachricht von dir gemeldet, bleibt seine Meldung samt Auszug bis zum Ende ihrer 24 Monate.
Ein Eingriff der Verwaltung, der dein Konto betraf, bleibt 24 Monate im Protokoll.

Dein Abo läuft über Apple bzw. Google und endet nicht mit dem Konto. Kündige es in deinem App-Store, am besten vor dem Löschen. Dein Datensatz bei RevenueCat, die Kennung ohne Namen und E-Mail-Adresse, wird nicht automatisch mitgelöscht. Auf Anfrage per Mail löschen wir auch ihn.

Account

Delete your account.

For the Fabra app. In the app you delete it yourself. Without the app, an email is enough.

In the app.

Settings → your profile (“Account and backup”) → Delete account

Fabra asks once more. With “Keep local apps” ticked, which it is by default, your apps stay on this phone; without it they are deleted too. You then confirm that it is you, usually with your password. What the server holds for your account is then deleted for good, except for what is listed under “What stays”. Nothing can be brought back.

Guest account

A guest account has no email address, so we cannot match it from outside. You delete it in the app: “Sign out” → “Sign out and delete”.

Without the app.

No longer have the app installed? Email support@app-fabra.de from your account’s address, subject “Delete account”. We delete it just as the app would and let you know when it’s done.

Only on the waiting list? The “Remove yourself right away” link in every email deletes your address immediately.

What is deleted.

your account and your sign-in sessions
your backups, your cloud storage and your profile picture
the shared apps you own, including icons and files; they disappear for the other members too
your memberships in other shared apps, including your personal data in them
usage figures, point pack purchases, feedback, reports and wishes, your blocks, activity days and notices to you
your answer to the question how you found Fabra, deletion marks, sign-in codes for web apps and your home screen layout

What stays.

Technical records of AI requests: without any link to your account, until their 12 months are up.
The device hash: without a link to your account, so that the starter credit is only handed out once per device.
Records of plan changes: without any link to your account.
What you put into the shared data, the shared chat or the cloud storage of other people’s shared apps stays part of those apps.
If someone reported a message of yours, their report including the excerpt stays until its 24 months are up.
An administrative intervention that concerned your account stays in the log for 24 months.

Your subscription runs through Apple or Google and does not end with the account. Cancel it in your app store, ideally before deleting. Your record at RevenueCat, an identifier without name and email address, is not deleted automatically. On request by email we delete that too.
